Service Description
Come join us for an Icelandic Horse Experience around our 63-acre working farm in South Western Victoria! Discover the charm of Icelandic Horses as we stroll together through our farm. You’ll have the chance to learn about these wonderful creatures, meet them up close, and interact with the herd if they’re in the mood for some pats and attention. Along the way, we’ll keep an eye out for koalas, birds, and other local wildlife, and marvel at the ever-changing beauty of our farm. There’s no horse riding involved, so you can choose to engage with the horses and animals up close or enjoy the view from behind the fence. Here’s what you need to know: Small Group: up to 6 people Price: $75 per person inc GST Duration: 1.5 hours Distance: 3-5 km round trip, at a relaxed pace Suitable for: Adults and teenagers who can comfortably walk this distance Dress Code: Long pants and closed-toe shoes appropriate for varied terrain What to Bring: Hat, sunscreen, wet weather gear, and a water bottle. Any Medications you might need. Feel free to bring a camera or phone for capturing memories, or a sketchbook if you’re inspired to draw. Cancellation Policy
Full Policy can be downloaded at the bottom of the Experiences Page along with Waiver which must be signed before participation of the Session. ( there will be paper copies available on the day) Please read both before booking. In brief: The Service Provider will provide the Services to the Customer during a Session in consideration for the Customer paying the Fee, subject to this provisions of the agreement. The Service Provider and the Customer will agree on a time and date at which the Session will occur. When the Customer and the Service Provider agree to a date and time at which the Session is to occur (“Proposed Session”), a booking has been made (“Booking”). Any cancellation of a Booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to the Proposed Session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the Booking will be charged at the full Session Fee. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours’ notice will be subject to paying 50% of the Session Fee. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of the Booking are non-refundable. Customers will be provided with a make-up activity same as the Session to be taken within 2 months of the missed activity date. The service provider reserves the right to charge the full Fee for any Booking cancelled within 24 hours of the Proposed Session. TERMINATED BOOKING The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel a Booking at any point if the weather conditions could result in damage or pose safety concerns for the Customer(s), the Service Provider or any property of the Service Provider. Services will generally proceed in light rain however for the safety of Customers, Services may be cancelled with short notice at the discretion of management.
